ACCESS FOR EVERY READER AND CREATOR
Accessibility
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Yo!Dara Publishing wants readers, creators, and business partners with different abilities to be able to use our website and submission process with dignity and independence.
Our accessibility goal
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, especially as we add visual stories, reader tools, creator accounts, and new publishing features.
Measures we take
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and practical touch targets
- Visible focus states and sufficient interface contrast
- Semantic headings, descriptive labels, and accessible form errors
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it
- Scalable text and responsive layouts
- Clear instructions for submission formats and file limits
Visual storytelling
Comics and ManNa can contain complex visual information that is difficult to represent fully in alternative text without changing the reading experience. We will work to make reader controls, chapter navigation, surrounding editorial information, and available descriptions accessible while respecting the artwork.
Known limitations
Some legacy artwork, promotional images, or third-party services may not yet meet our target. We welcome reports that identify a specific barrier.
Accessibility feedback
If you cannot access part of the site or need information in another format, email contact@yodara.com. Please include the page, the barrier you encountered, and the format or accommodation that would help. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages promptly, though resolution time depends on the issue.
